one-
Register as your characters first name. No pixiechick4433 - it's tacky. You can modify your characters name in the 'profile' section.
two-
Register with a new username for each character. No multiple characters on the one account; It looks messy.
three-
You MUST have a celebrity, model to portray your character. If you must have a myspace person please make sure they are well known. Oh and no anime/manga characters it looks ridiculous. Celebrity claim can be found under the create your character board.
four-
With graphics - I'm really not bothered by how large your signature is as long as it doesn't stretch the page or look odd. With avatars they must not exceed 100x100.
five-
There is only supposed to be one character per celebrity. Having six Mischa Bartons on the site is a little on the stupid side. However there are exceptions for twins.
six-
Regarding applications; If your application has been moved to the denied board it is either;
Unfinished and been so for over a week.
Has been rejected by the staff over three times. If you can not get your application up to par by the third time it will be moved here regardless, however you still have the opportunity to fix it.
seven-
Please keep true to your character. If your going to be roleplaying a freshman you wouldn't have Sophia Bush portraying them. Also there is no 'real' age limit on this site but please keep it realistic you aren't going to be a five year old nor are you going to be a 80 year old.
eight-
BE ORIGINAL! I'm sick of seeing sites filled with scene people and emos. I want original characters, I want variation! If you don't no what that is maybe this isn't the site for you.
nine-
Somerset is a mature roleplay so yes people we deal with real issues. Such as drugs, sex, alcohol etc, etc. But please keep it tasteful and in moderation (also a warning doesn't go astray to) as there will still be young people roleplaying to.
ten-
All roleplay is to be in third person! If you don't what that is look it up.
eleven-
All posts must be 2+ paragraphs long it is not that hard to write that much. Any less then that won't be acceptable and for the person roleplaying with you it doesn't leave them much to work with.
twelve-
Spell check is your friend ^_^
thirteen-
Be respectful of your fellow roleplayers. I will not tolerate rudeness, discrimination, harassment or plain old nastiness. It's just common courtesy to be nice to people and if you can't do that I don't want you here.
fourteen-
The c-box is a place of fun and happiness. Keep it that way. If you want to argue OOC do it via PM. Also no spamming the lovely C-box you will be banned.
That's all for now. Yes It's alot but they are pretty simple to understand and follow.
